SCAD Bangkok is the ‘operations’ arm of  the “Homeless and Sick Dogs Funding Association (HSDFA)”, a not-for-profit organization registered in Thailand, under Registration No. 4517/2006.  It is through SCAD Bangkok that all programme activities on behalf of the street cats and dogs are undertaken.
